This page explains who owns the material on pivotalmotion.physio, what you are welcome to do with it, and what you need our permission for.
Who owns this website
Unless we say otherwise on a particular page, everything published on this website is owned by Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy Pty Ltd (ABN 21 155 577 834) or used by us under licence. That includes the text on our condition and service pages, our practitioner profiles, photographs, illustrations, videos, downloadable resources, page layouts and design, and our business name and logo.
Copyright in Australia is automatic under the Copyright Act 1968. We do not need to register it, and the absence of a copyright symbol on a page does not mean the material is free to use.
What you may do
You are welcome to use this website in the ordinary way. Specifically, you may:
- read, view and browse any page
- print or save individual pages for your own personal, non commercial use, including to bring to an appointment or to share with your treating practitioner
- share a link to any page on this site anywhere you like
- quote a short extract, with attribution to Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy and a link to the page you took it from
This is a limited, non exclusive licence for personal, non commercial use. We can withdraw it. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

What you need our permission for

We are not unreasonable about permission. If you are a health professional, an educator or a community group and you would like to use a page with your patients or students, please ask.
Material owned by other people
Some material on this site belongs to other people and is used by us under licence, including stock photography, illustrations and third party tools such as our online booking system and any embedded maps or videos. The permissions above do not extend to that material. Its owners keep their rights, and their own licence terms apply.
Photographs of our team
Photographs of our practitioners and our clinic are published for the purposes of this website and our own marketing. They may not be copied, reproduced or reused by anyone else for any purpose.
Attribution
Our authors have moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968, including the right to be named as the author of their work. Where you are permitted to use our content, please attribute it to Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy and link back to the original page.
If you think we have got something wrong
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright or another right you hold, please tell us. Include the page address, a description of the material, and an explanation of your rights in it. We aim to acknowledge your notice within 5 business days. We will look into it and remove or correct anything we should not be using.
