Effective 11 September 2026.
Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disability, people using assistive technology, and people on slow connections or older devices.
Our commitment
We want anyone to be able to find information about our services, understand what we do, and book an appointment, without running into a barrier. We treat accessibility as part of providing a health service, not as an optional extra.
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA, which is the accepted benchmark in Australia.
What we do not claim
We want to be straightforward with you. Our website has not been independently audited for accessibility. That means we cannot tell you it meets WCAG Level AA today, and we are not going to claim that it does. We know some parts of the site will not meet that standard yet.
What we can tell you is what we will do. If you tell us something on this site does not work for you, we will look at it, we will tell you what we find, and we will fix what we reasonably can.
Parts of the site we do not fully control
Some parts of this website are provided by other companies, including our online booking system and any embedded maps or videos. We do not control how those tools are built. If one of them creates a barrier for you, please tell us anyway. We will raise it with the supplier, and in the meantime we will help you do the same task another way.
If something on this site does not work for you
Please contact us. You do not need to know the technical reason, and you do not need to use any particular words. Just tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and when we expect it to be done.
Getting the information another way
If any information on this website is not accessible to you, tell us what you need and we will work with you to provide it another way, at no extra cost to you.
If our online booking system is not usable for you, please phone or email us and we will make the booking with you directly.
Visiting the clinic
For questions about physical access to our Newmarket clinic, including parking, entry and treatment rooms, please contact us before your appointment. We will tell you what to expect and what we can arrange.
If you are not satisfied with our response
We would prefer to sort things out with you directly. If we have not resolved your concern, you can make a complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission, which handles complaints under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Information about that process is available at humanrights.gov.au.
If you are an NDIS participant, you can also complain to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, without coming to us first. The Commission can be reached at ndiscommission.gov.au.
Review
We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to this website.
